Looking for a great opportunity to share the love of Jesus? We are looking for Godly men to come in and share the hope of the gospel with people who need it the most, the down and out, people who are looking for "something".  Someone to come along side of our residents with the hope that only Jesus can give.

We are looking for mature individuals to come in to serve our families at the Cameron Family Center. The duties include serving the meal off of a serving line to our residents, lunch 11:15-12:15 and dinner 5:15-6:15. Cleaning the "line" of spills, as well as, helping with dishes, taking out the trash & wiping down tables.  Note: A Great Starting Place! If you would like to serve on a regular basis you must complete our Volunteer Orientation.

Our Community Meal Servers help us execute one of our highest volume services by providing meals to our residents. The men in our Recovery Program and residents eat first. Our staff has implemented an outdoor to-go serving line model to serve our guests a daily dinner meal. Volunteers will assist in serving meals in to-go-style containers, giving guests a warm and friendly greeting, distributing meals to guests, and helping with clean-up of the serving stations and dining room. Note: A Great Starting Place! If you would like to serve on a regular basis you must complete our Volunteer Orientation.

Guest Assistance is the first smiling face that people encounter when they come to the Cameron Family Center. This person becomes aquainted with our residents and will unlock the door so they can enter the secure building.

Women's Shelter Dinner Meal Servers:  We are looking for mature individuals to come in to serve our women at the Women's Shelter. The duties include serving the meal off of a serving line to our residents, lunch 11:15-12:15 and dinner 5:15-6:15. Take care of children in our children's center, while their parents are in class.

Tutor students in our computer lab on various subjects for school.

Clean Medical Clinic

Is your passion cooking and baking? Are You looking for a great place to volunteer? We are looking for people to come along side of our cooks in the kitchen to help with salad prep, cutting fruit, baking speciality items for desserts.

Do you like to cut hair to make people feel their best? then this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for hairdressers to come in and help transform our residents beginning with a haircut. Our facility houses families so kids cuts are a plus!

Administrative tasks at the front desk.

Service Projects - This opportunity is for groups and teams coming in to serve together and can be a work group, church group, group of friends, or any group of people wanting to serve throughout the year and an unscheduled event. 

 This opportunity is everything from cleaning to outside raking, power-washing sidewalks, washing windows. If you are looking for something to do for a couple of hours "come on down"!

Guest Assistance

Unscheduled Kitchen Help. 

Clean Medical Clinic

Open shifts that are not scheduled on the calendar or you have not been assigned a shift. There is no scheduled shift

Unscheduled Opportunities. 

Assist our maintenance team in filling work orders for simple repairs such as lights, general maintenance etc. 

General Maintenance 

For volunteers who are not scheduled for a shift. but come to serve in some capacity. 

We receive donations on a daily basis.  We need volunteers to sort through them with oversight by shelter directors or the volunteer coordinator.
